Das Mac-Paket ist universell (Apple Silicon und Intel) und von Apple notarisiert. Die Mac-Lizenz kostet CHF 99 einmalig nach 14 Tagen Test. Windows ist im Microsoft Store erhältlich; dort stehen Preis und Bedingungen.

Das Dashboard zeigt offene Rechnungen, ausstehende und überfällige Beträge sowie die nächsten Aufgaben zuerst. Eingaben auf Touchgeräten sind besser lesbar. Native Ansichten bleiben in normaler Skalierung; PDF-Vorschauen behalten ihren eigenen Zoom. Stärkere Prüfungen schützen Original-PDFs, Anhänge und die Wiederherstellung von Sicherungen. Vor dem Datenreset wird die Rücksicherung geprüft; unsichere Finanzsummen werden abgewiesen.

PDF-Vorschauen lassen sich auf Touchscreens mit zwei Fingern vergrössern und verschieben. Gutschriften aus Projekten korrigieren den Umsatz im zugehörigen Projektbericht. Rechnungsbeträge werden auch nach der Rundung geprüft; die Belegerkennung berücksichtigt weitere Schreibweisen von Währungen.

E-Mails gehen direkt aus der App über Gmail, Outlook oder ein eigenes SMTP-Konto hinaus, mit Anbieter-Voreinstellungen und klaren Fehlermeldungen. Die Einstellungen sind in Registerkarten geordnet (Firma, Rechnungen, E-Mail, Daten & Sicherung, Lizenz & Info) und speichern automatisch. Welche Angaben auf der Rechnung erscheinen, ist wählbar; das Leistungsdatum ist standardmässig aus. rc.23 ersetzt rc.22, das nicht startete.

Mac und Windows erscheinen mit derselben Version, die App sucht selbst nach Updates. Rechnungen, Offerten und Mahnungen lassen sich auf Deutsch, Französisch, Italienisch oder Englisch ausstellen, mit E-Mail, Einheiten, MWST-Nummer und QR-Zahlteil in der Dokumentsprache. Mahngebühr und Verzugszins (5 % nach Art. 104 OR) stehen separat auf der Mahnung, die 5-Rappen-Rundung ist wählbar, und vor dem Versand prüft die App die Angaben nach Art. 26 MWSTG.
Systeme
Die neue Mac-Version zielt auf macOS 12 und neuer. Windows-Pakete zielen auf Windows 10/11 x64 und Windows 11 ARM64. Diese Angaben ersetzen nicht die noch ausstehenden Prüfungen auf den jeweiligen Geräten.

The dashboard puts open invoices, outstanding and overdue amounts, and next tasks first. Touch inputs are easier to read. Native screens keep their normal scale; PDF previews retain their own zoom. Stronger checks protect original PDFs, attachments and backup recovery. Recovery is verified before resetting data, and unsafe financial totals are rejected.

On touchscreens, pinch to zoom and move around PDF previews. Project credit notes correct revenue in the associated project report. Invoice amounts are checked after rounding, and receipt recognition handles more currency formats.

Emails go out straight from the app through Gmail, Outlook or your own SMTP account, with provider presets and clear error messages. Settings are organised in tabs (Company, Invoices, Email, Data & backup, Licence & info) and save automatically. You choose which details appear on the invoice; the service date is off by default. rc.23 replaces rc.22, which did not start.

Mac and Windows ship the same version, the app checks for updates itself. Invoices, quotes and reminders can be issued in German, French, Italian or English, with the email, units, VAT number and QR payment part in the document language. Reminder fee and default interest (5 % under Art. 104 CO) are listed separately on the reminder, 5-centime rounding is optional, and before sending the app checks the details required by Art. 26 of the VAT Act.
Systems
The new Mac version targets macOS 12 and later. Windows packages target Windows 10/11 x64 and Windows 11 ARM64. These targets do not replace outstanding testing on those devices.
